Appointments

You can book an appointment with us at anytime:

  • During regular weekday working hours
  • Some after hours appointments are available
  • We welcome self referrals
  • ACC approved Counsellor
  • Family Court, TPC & EAP approved Counsellors
  • Appointments can be made by phone, text or email
  • Please leave a clear message on our 24 hour answer phone, with your name, telephone number and a suitable time for us to call you back
  • If we haven’t returned your call within 24 hours, please call us back
  • Alternatively you can text or email with the same information
  • Sessions are 50 – 60 minutes long

Fees

  • Our fee structure is sliding from $120 – $80 including GST. If you cannot afford our full fee, please negotiate with your Counsellor
  • Low income families and beneficiaries may be eligible for assistance from WINZ (Disability Allowance) or via your Doctor. Discuss this with your WINZ Case Manager or Doctor before your first appointment with us.

Cancellation policy

  • In fairness to people on our waiting lists, we need to ensure that all available appointments are filled
  • Our policy is to have one full working day’s notice of cancellations
  • Clients who do not turn up, cancel or change an appointment without providing 24 hours notice, will be charged for the session, or will lose a funded session.
